Let me start out by proclaiming that 97% of fitness programs these days are, well, more or less garbage. That is true of programs you see online and on TV. This is why I don’t waste my time tackling all these programs.

I am really aware of what you will see in my site. This is my passion.i spend my time concentrating on this.I promise you that I won’t offer you stuff that I don’t approve of.

Visual Impact Muscle Building Review

For me to go so far as to market a product, let alone write an evaluation for it, shows that it is truly a gift and (more importantly) helpful. Something that also offers immense value to my readers.

Even though I am quite picky, there are some items that have gained my approval. On this occasion, it’s a fitness guide appropriately titled Visual Impact Muscle Building. It’s not perfect, but it’s darn near close.

Visual Impact Muscle Building Review

This is designed by Russell Moore. Rusty runs a top traffic fitness blog and has written several books and fitness guides. His greatest work to date is unquestionably his Visual Impact Muscle Building.

Rusty has focused his life to helping individuals achieve a visually appealing body. Where he differs from most other trainers and fitness gurus is in his view of the optimal body. For him, a great body is not the typical bodybuilder graphic. No, this is not the muscular body but what I am speaking about is the super big body that most men are aiming for.

Visual Impact Muscle Building Review

Instead, Rusty encourages the lean, hardened-muscle physiques of Hollywood celebrities like Brad Pitt in Troy, Ryan Reynolds in Blade Trinity, Ryan Gosling in Crazy Stupid Love, and Mark Wahlberg in The Fighter.Body such as this looks great whether you are wearing a shirt or not. They look good all the time, and they still squeeze into their pants. Most bodybuilders are not like this.

Many muscle programs will put lots of muscle on you, but this muscle in large part goes to your butt and legs (thanks to excessive squatting and deadlifting). Before you know it, your pants don’t fit you, and you’re becoming rather bottom heavy. The muscle goes wherever it ends up, and there’s no strategy behind it.

If you want to seem like Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler, this is not the program for you. There is no sense wasting your time on this.

In Visual Impact Muscle Building, the exercises, reps, and sets are all built with purpose. What is the need for this? To add muscle to your body in the proper places – and only the right places. You don’t want an ass the size of the Titanic, you would like that tapered ‚ÄúV‚Äù shaped back, and flat, square looking pecs. You want ripped, round shoulders, veins in your arms, a shredded 6-pack, and a smaller waist without the love handles. You can get your body that almost all women are dying of.From my experience, Visual Impact can give you this.

Rusty has done a better job than someone else when it comes to designing a step-by-step guide that gets you hard muscle in the right places, without having to bulk up. We’re talking dense muscle, not big, puffy muscle mass. At no point in the program do you have to gain unnecessary weight and look like a chubby football player. You will see muscle gains, but it’s only muscle, not fat. The same can’t be said for every other muscle building program I’ve encounter.

Another big area of distinction between Visual Impact and other fitness guides is in its clarity and direction. Right from the get-go, it gives you information combined with instructions. Other fitness programs you can find are too longThey give you useful information but they do not let you know how to make use of it.This can be really irritating.

Visual Impact provides 4 distinct steps, or phases as Rusty calls them.It offers a superior you good information and tells you dealing with it, phase by phase. It sounds simple, and a little obvious, but I can tell you that its a welcome departure from the programs of the past. You can genuinely tell that Rusty knows what he’s referring to, and loves helping other people, but I digress..

Here are the 4 phases that you will go through in Visual Impact Muscle Building

First Phase: Creating Muscles on All The Right Phases

Initially, you are given very revealing instructions on what exercises to do, when you should do them, how often to do them, and the volume in which to do them in. The instructions are very strict and you should abide by it in order to know when it’s time to move on the next phase.

Second Phase: Achieve Bigger Muscle Density

This is where you begin to see results which will make you smile. Perhaps you have noticed that a lot of people have undefined muscles while some have dense muscles. This is where you’ll learn to get the latter.

This phase will still have you constructing new muscle, but it will be in a rather different way. You’ll be lifting heavier, and getting willing to transfer into phase three of the program.

Third Phase: Gain Muscle density and Get Rid Of Some Fats

Any excess fat that you still have lingering will be completely extinguished in this phase. This process calls for some severe weightlifting.

Bonus Phase: The Shrink Wrap Effect

Rusty has tossed this phase in as a bonus. I won’t go into plenty of detail about the Shrink Wrap Effect in this review, however I will say that this is the technique that Hollywood celebrities make use of to get their movie-ready abs. The outcome? Your skin wrapped very tightly around your abs, creating incredible definition.

You may not make the most from this program if you will not follow the phases of the program.
